This website is operated Roots Bread. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Below are answers to the most frequently asked questions about our delivery procedures:

When will I receive my order?

Dubai and Sharjah

We deliver to the Emirates of Dubai and Sharjah seven days a week. Place your order by 10:00 pm and your order will be delivered the following day between 8 am and 6 pm. If you place your order after 10:00 pm, every effort will be made to deliver the next day. However, if we are unable to deliver, your order will be added to the following day’s deliveries. 

Abu Dhabi

We deliver to the Emirate of Abu Dhabi on Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed by 10:00 pm on Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday before 8:00 pm. Orders placed by 10:00 pm on Thursday will be delivered on Friday before 8:00 pm.

Ai Ain

We deliver to the City of Al Ain on Tuesdays. Orders placed by 10:00 pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday before 6:00 pm. 

Do you deliver through third-party delivery app?

Products ordered from Roots Bread are only delivered directly by us. 

Can I pick up my order directly from your bakery?

For the safety of our staff and customers, we do not accept pick up orders at our bakery at this time.

Can I specify a time on my expected delivery date?

If there is a specific time that works best for you, please specify it and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee a delivery time. If no one is home to receive the order and you live in a temperature controlled building, your order will be left on your door. If you do not live in a temperature controlled building and you are not home, we will reach out to you to reschedule the delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Customer products are only produced once an order is received. Unfortunately, once an order is received it cannot be canceled. 

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we do!

Is there a minimum order?

Our mission is to give people easy access to real, fresh, organic bread which is why we do not impose a minimum order. 

What if I do not receive my delivery?

If you do not receive your delivery please send an email to info@rootsbread.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
