By accessing and using the ROOTS Bread Bakery website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ROOTS Bread Bakery provides artisan baked goods through our bakery locations, online ordering, delivery services, catering, and wholesale partnerships in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and surrounding areas.

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. SMS Terms and Consent

By providing your phone number and signing up for our services, you consent to receive text messages from ROOTS Bread Bakery including:

• One-time passwords (OTP) for account verification
• Order confirmations and delivery updates
• Loyalty rewards notifications

By using phone number authentication, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number provided. Your consent is not required to make a purchase. Standard messaging rates apply.

5. Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in Kyrgyz Som (KGS) unless otherwise specified
• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
• Payment must be completed before order fulfillment
• Delivery fees may apply based on location and order size

6. Delivery

For delivery orders:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• You must provide accurate delivery information
• Someone must be available to receive the order
• We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control

7. Loyalty Program

Our ROOTS Rewards program:

• Stars are earned on qualifying purchases (1 som = 1 star at base rate)
• Higher tiers earn bonus multipliers on star earnings
• Stars can be redeemed for rewards from our catalog
• Stars have no cash value and are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to modify the program at any time
• Fraudulent activity will result in account termination

8. Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.

9. Allergen Information

Our products may contain allergens including wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While we take precautions, cross-contamination may occur. Please inform us of any allergies when placing orders.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of ROOTS Bread Bakery and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

ROOTS Bread Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
